Is there an owner out there at the Beach Club who would like to rent their unit out for week 23 this year (preferably Sun-Sun/June 7-14)? If this is not allowed on this forum please forgive me and I won't do it again but I didn't know what else to do.

A young newly married couple would like to spend their honeymoon at the Beach Club. Been there before and LOVED IT!!

Has there been any recent news about funds release/disbursement from the lawsuit settlement. The recent visit post that indicates the Castle is still in need of cosmetic (and maybe other) repairs remains a concern for all owners. When will the money free up so work can get going.
