After reviewing the letter sent out by the new Hilltop board, I have to wonder what it cost the Hilltop owners to mail, who wrote it, and why they did not use Holiday stationary and wish us Happy Holidays.
How much money did the new Hilltop board give away to Villas I to keep them happy, $200,000 that we need for repairs ?
As a past Board Member I will not comment on their statements but I did not see anything stated as to what has been done to date ?

You and your board did the same thing with the letters. Who paid for your
mailings? Your board did nothing for years and already your cutting no slack for the new board. After the mess you left for them you should go
and hide someplace and not be heard of again.
